VOLUNTEER APPLICATION 2026

  • You MUST be over 18
  • Applying DOES NOT guarantee a position
  • This application will remain open until all spots are filled (about 500 volunteers)
  • Approved applicants will need to complete either 2 x 10 HOUR or 3 x 5 HOUR shifts in EXCHANGE for a FREE FESTIVAL + CAMPING TICKET
  • There is a $20 APPLICATION FEE
  • ALL applicants MUST pay the fee to be considered.  
  • The card used to pay the fee will be held on file. 
  • This fee is FULLY REFUNDABLE IF YOU SUCCESSFULLY complete your volunteer shifts for Lost Paradise 2026.
  • If you CANCEL your registration, you ARE NOT ENTITLED to a refund as this pays for the admin fees.
  • If you CANCEL your registration AFTER DECEMBER 1ST, your card will be charged a LATE PULL OUT FEE of $200.00
  • If you DO NOT COMPLETE your scheduled shifts in accordance with the festival terms + conditions listed above, your card will be charged a FEE OF $750 to cover the cost of the festival ticket issued + late pull out.
  • YOU WILL NEED to buy a parking pass if you wish to drive to Lost Paradise (there is a special volunteer pass available)
  • ALL festival goers are encouraged to carpool when possible (this means buying 1 PASS PER VEHICLE)

Credit cards must be valid until February 2027. There is a $20 application fee to capture credit card details. This is NON-REFUNDABLE unless you complete your Volunteer Shifts. You will ALSO BE CHARGED $750 if you: - don't complete your scheduled shifts, - are under the influence during your shifts, - violate the Lost Paradise 2026 terms + conditions.



The credit card will be charged $20.00.
The credit card will be securely saved with our payment processor. Please review terms to understand if or how this card may incur future charges.

Credit cards are processed using a 3rd party credit card processor called Stripe (stripe.com). When you submit your credit card information, it is sent directly to Stripe for processing. This website does not receive nor store your credit card information. This website stores a Stripe reference number which is only used to process charges and/or refunds.
